HYROX is having a moment, and for good reason. This global fitness race format has exploded in popularity by combining functional strength, endurance, and grit into one energizing workout experience. But here’s the best part: you do not need to be training for an official event to benefit from HYROX training in Aliso Viejo at ClubSport.
Our HYROX-style classes are designed to challenge and motivate every fitness level, whether you are a seasoned athlete, weekend warrior, runner, or simply looking to shake up your routine and get stronger.
A typical HYROX workout blends cardio intervals with functional movements like rowing, sled pushes, lunges, carries, and strength circuits. The result? A full-body workout that improves endurance, builds lean muscle, increases power, and boosts overall athleticism in a way that feels dynamic and purposeful.
Unlike repetitive workouts that can leave you feeling uninspired, HYROX training keeps you moving, focused, and mentally engaged from start to finish. It is hard work, but in the best possible way.

What makes HYROX classes especially exciting at ClubSport is the community aspect. There is something incredibly motivating about training alongside others who are pushing themselves too. The energy in the room is contagious. Members encourage one another, celebrate progress together, and create an environment that feels welcoming rather than intimidating.
You can scale movements, adjust intensity, and go at your own pace, making HYROX classes approachable whether you are just getting started or looking to level up your fitness.
Even if you never plan to pin on a race bib, HYROX training can help you feel stronger and more capable in everyday life. You will build stamina for long days, strength for daily movement, confidence in the gym, and resilience that carries far beyond the workout floor.

Meet Your HYROX Coaches

Meet HYROX Coach, Kristy Archi
HYROX Training coach, Kristy Archi, has been coaching group fitness since 2012, leading high-energy Les Mills BodyPump and Les Mills BodyCombat classes. In 2023, she stepped into HYROX—choosing the Women’s Pro division from day one. Since then, she has completed six races (four Women’s Pro, one Pro Doubles, and one Open Doubles).
She has been coaching HYROX-specific classes since 2024 and programming HYROX workouts since 2025, building sessions that are structured, challenging, and designed to deliver real results—not just sweat.
Her coaching style is simple: you’re capable of more—and she’ll help you prove it. Whether someone is new or experienced, they will be pushed, supported, and challenged beyond what they thought possible.
Outside the gym, she is a local mom of three and a youth soccer coach. She loves running, the beach, and great food—but in the gym, she means business.
