This strength and endurance workout is designed to ignite your metabolism, burn calories, and get you in prime shape for spring break.

The Edge Interval Circuit is your ticket to a stronger, leaner physique just in time for spring break. This dynamic workout challenges both your strength and endurance, ensuring you burn calories and build muscle efficiently. Incorporate this circuit into your fitness routine at least three times a week, and watch as your body transforms, giving you the confidence to rock that swimsuit and enjoy the sun with vitality and vigor. The Workout

Complete each circuit twice, rest 1 minute in between rounds.

Circuit #1

Rower – 500m

Kettlebell Swings – 20 rep max

Rest 1 minute

Repeat

Circuit #2

AirBike – 1 minute

Rotational Wall Ball Throw – 15 rep max per side

Rest 1 minute

Repeat

Circuit #3

SLED Push – 20 yards

SLED Pull – 20 yards

Rest 1 minute

Repeat

Circuit #4

Deadlift – 15 rep max

Push Ups – 20 reps

Rest 1 minute

Repeat

Circuit #5

Goblet Squat – 15 rep max

Farmer Carry – max weight for 20 yards

Meet Elite Personal Trainer, Ben Morris

Ben’s goal is to bring clients’ bodies into strength and balance while restoring motor system coordination and multi-energy system development. He has over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and has a B.S. in Exercise Science from Long Beach State. Ben is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA and is also certified in the FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy) method of assisted stretching. From his extensive background as an exercise therapist and elite athlete performance coach, Ben utilizes a unique, multi-disciplinary approach, blending aspects of neuromuscular rehabilitation and total-body muscular strength and endurance development in his program design.
