Whether you’re on a boat, on a plane, or in a hotel room in the middle of nowhere, work up a good sweat with this Rev32-inspired bodyweight workout that can be done almost anywhere. No equipment is necessary and a mat is optional. This simple five-exercise pyramid routine starts off light but quickly steps up the difficulty with each progressing round as you increase your reps. You’ll hit your legs, arms, and abs, possibly feel sore, and definitely come back to this workout for more.
